The glass is half full?

Yeah, I’m amazed at the days of unending overcast weather we’ve been having up here in the Northeast lately. Wednesday my neighbor was out in the street screaming at the village worker because of the two feet of water making it’s way into his garage (again, nothing new over the last decade). However, even though I count the days until we see the sun again - we needed the rain as local governments were just beginning to plan for ways to deal with the drought.
